Farm-To-Table Tour

The Outaoauis region is known for having incredible farms producing unique and ethically sourced foods. This weekly event will allow guests to connect with the most passionnate farmers around a dinner table while enjoying a delicious meal prepared and sourced from the farm. Start your evening off with a private tour of the farm. Learn about what drives these hard working families, their incredible stories, and discover what makes their farm so special. Afterwards, sit back and enjoy a full meal cooked by the farmers in the most inviting setting with products directly from the farm. It's time to discover the authentic taste of the Outaouais.

Every week, we will be visiting one of two farms in rotation:

• Ferme Pure Conscience: With sustainability and organic farming at the top of their priority, they are known for their incredible organic chicken eggs and their yak! You will be able to visit the yak and the chickens, while learning about their farming techniques. Here, guests will be able to eat yak, enjoy fresh organic vegetables, and try their amazing homemade artisanal ice cream. 
• Brylee Farm: This 5th generation grass-fed beef farm is one of a kind in Quebec. Using sustainable practices and ensuring the well-being of their animals, Brylee Farm always finds ways to innovate after all these years. Here, guests will be able to tour the farm and enjoy a full meal cooked at the farm using ingredients and meats sourced from the farm. 

Here are the dates for each farm on the tour:

• Ferme Pure Conscience: June 6/20, July 4/18, August 1/15/30, September 13/20, October 4th.
• Ferme Brylee: June 13/27, July 11/25, August 8/22, September 5/19, October 10.

This Farm-to-table tour is offered every Thursday evening from June until October from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. The tour is run in our bus with groups of up to 14 people. Many pick-up and drop-off options are available (see Pick up/Drop off section for more information). Pick-ups will occur up to 45 minutes before the beginning of the tour. You can choose a preferred pick-up location at checkout and a specific pick-up time will be sent to you by email 72h prior to your tour. 

The price includes transportation, your awesome guide, a private tour of the farm, a full meal with multiple courses, including desert, drinks and wine tastings. You will be given time to explore the farm's shop where you can purchase local products and fresh produce. This tour is offered no matter the weather conditions. Umbrellas will be given to guests during the tour in case of rain. This tour is offered in both official languages (English and French).

This tour is offered in collaboration with Croquez l'Outaouais. Aventure Outaouais is an official Ambassador for Croquez l'Outaouais who's mission is to help consumers discover and enjoy local products and encourage regional businesses.
