Plus, let your local guide present some amazing heritage buildings throughout your tour. This is a night out to remember!

This tour includes not only includes not only 5 food and drink stops, but also many heritage buildings. Plus, your tour includes free transportation (pickup and drop-off) from Ottawa and Gatineau, your guide, behind-the-scene tour of a brewery, and much more!

With your knowledgeable guide, you will have the chance to visit the following locations during this epic food tour of Old-Aylmer:

• Bistro L'Autre Oeil: This incredible local pub is known for its incredible selection of beers and for having some of the best food in the region. The perfect combo for this food tour.
• Restaurant Antonyme: known for its originality, creativity, and freshness, Antonyme will prepare a special dish for you using the finest of ingredients. With a constant changing menu, who knows what treat they have in store for you. Plus, a little wine pairing with your dish.
• Béatrice et chocolats: Hopefully your sweet tooth is ready for this stop. Enjoy 3 delicious artisan chocolates and take-in the smells from this amazing little boutique chocolate shop.
• William J. Walter Aylmer: A Québécois family-owned company offering a unique concept of high-quality sausages, with over 60 varieties of fresh and smoked sausages, ranging from the traditional flavours to the most eccentric ones. Here, guests will be served a variety of delicious cooked sausages.
• 5e Baron: Step inside the word of craft brewing and learn about the production of craft beer and this fantastic local brewery in the heart of Old-Aylmer. Enjoy 2 tastings of beer in the backroom and enjoy the inviting atmosphere 5e Baron has to offer. 

The Old-Aylmer Food Tour is offered every Wednesday night from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The tour is run in our minibus with groups of up to 14 people. Many pickup and drop-off options are available (see Pick up/Drop off section for more information). Pickups will occur up to 50 minutes before the beginning of the tour. You can choose a preferred pickup location at checkout and a specific pickup time will be sent to you by email a couple of days prior to your tour. For groups of 5 guests or more, home pickup might be available for guests residing in Aylmer or Hull (Gatineau) (contact us by email to confirm). For guests who reside in Aylmer, a meet-up location will be sent to you for the beginning of the tour (choose Old-Aylmer as your pickup location at checkout). This is a walking tour of Old-Aylmer with transportation from Ottawa & Gatineau. During this tour, we will be walking approximately 2 km.

The price includes your transportation, your guide, all your tastings of food and beer. Gratuities are not included but appreciated. Price is per participant. It will be possible to purchase products (beer, chocolates, food, etc.) at most of the visited locations. Guests must be 18 years or older to enjoy the beer tasting (a local lemonade is offered as an alternative). For food restrictions, alternative food options can be offered.
